Domaine de Beaurenard Cotes du Rhone Rose’

It is a pink "bleeding", i.e. it takes the juice of various tanks Côtes du Rhône red (mainly Grenache and Cinsault), which then ferment "liquid phase", at a temperature controlled lower that favors the development of fruity flavors. It is characterized by beautiful aromatic expression (raspberry, grenadine, ...) and the minerality that proves once again that this is a rosé de terroir. It is used increasingly throughout the year.
