A limited rare Sicilian white wine.

It is a hardy white that has the flavors of

A strong Pinot Grigio and a  delicate Chardonnay.

Like a red wine it gets better once allowed to

breath. Goes well with fish, dishes with lemon flavor and oriental food.

Dry sparkling white wine

Contains 10.5% Alcohol by volume.

Dry white wine. Floral , very fruity and delicate.

Goes well with chicken, fish and light antipastos.

Pale straw in color. Piquant, minerally, austere, and very clean nose. The palate is open, fresh, and direct,  with ripe fruit flavor. Clean biting finish; very youthful; minerally flavors resurface.

Aromas of flowers and summer fruits (apricots, peaches)  follow the initial unhindered taste of honey. Supple harmonious, elegant wine with always a flavor of apricot.
